Leon is a Vice President at Houlihan Lokey, a publicly-traded investment bank focused on mergers and acquisitions in the middle market. Houlian Lokey serves as an intermediary or broker between middle market companies that wish to sell themselves or raise debt/equity capital and other companies, private equity firms, and investors that want to buy or invest in those types of companies, and Leon has personally assisted investors buy or sell billions of dollars worth of companies across 20 deals in the last five years.
