Additionally, Rimma works to establish and grow a robust biomedical informatics research infrastructure within the department. Rimma is also a faculty member in Columbia's Department of Biomedical Informatics where she designs and teaches a class entitled "Defining, Evaluating, and Improving Quality in Healthcare”.
Rimma resides outside of New York City with her husband and children.
