Nargiz earned an M.S. in Mathematics and in 2011, she was introduced to RSM when a friend suggested that her children attend the program. After learning more about RSM, she discovered her passion for teaching math.
When discussing her experience with RSM, Nargiz said, “As both a parent and a teacher, I have witnessed firsthand how much RSM can impact a child’s life. My own children, now successful adults, benefitted immensely from their math education at RSM, which gave them the freedom to choose their paths in life. No matter what someone chooses to do in life, the critical thinking and problem-solving skills they gain at RSM will always be useful. That’s what I appreciate most about RSM – the way it opens doors and gives them the tools to succeed, whatever path they take.”
When speaking about what she loves about teaching, she said, “One of the most rewarding parts of my job is watching children transform. When a child first comes to RSM, often they are unsure and maybe even a little scared of math. Within 2 or 3 years, they begin to blossom – it’s an incredible feeling. Seeing a child leave my classroom feeling confident and proud of their math skills is absolutely priceless.”

Mane joined RSM in 2019 with the goal of empowering her students to become confident and compassionate lifelong learners as she believes education is the key to unlocking each individual's full potential.
Anna has been with RSM since 2017. She has a B.A. and an M.S. in Science and Mathematics Education. She is passionate about teaching math and enjoys seeing the “aha” moments that her students have when they grasp a concept.

Lada earned a B.S. in Mathematics, an M.A. in Earth Science, and a Ph.D. in Geophysics. Prior to joining RSM, she applied her mathematical expertise to advance scientific research at Oregon State University and later worked at the University of Texas using surface data to detect earthquakes.
From a young age, Lada had a deep passion and talent for mathematics and excelled in national math competitions. This passion eventually brought her to RSM, where she enjoys passing on her love of math to the next generation. For Lada, the most rewarding part of being a principal is witnessing the intellectual growth of her students.
Marina earned an M.S. in Mathematics Education from Herzen State Pedagogical University. She has always had a deep passion for teaching. Marina worked as a senior math teacher at schools in Lithuania and England before moving to the United States.
When asked about what sets RSM apart, Marina said, “At RSM, we teach students to think. The curriculum is designed to challenge students and help them develop the intellectual tools they need to navigate life’s complexities. I find great fulfillment in knowing that I’m making a difference in my students' lives, helping them to build a solid foundation that will support them no matter where their paths may lead.”
